The Intertidal Zone

A continuing examination of the intertidal zones of places on the coast that I visit. Here there is rich life, life that we often overlook as we walk, swim, paddle and sightsee for our pleasure.

Often inhabited by creatures that live by continually reconstructing their surrounds, growing in the full gaze of the sun and under crashing waves, these zones are endlessly fascinating, but sometimes the most fragile.

The Storied Landscape

Part of a project investigating the storied landscape of Iceland and the ways that multiple layers of story are written into the Iceland's unique landscape.

The full exhibition of this project can be seen here.

Black and White

Black and white photographs taken over a number of decades, in Australia and elsewhere.
